This policy explains how DevPlus uses cookies, similar tracking technologies, and your related choices when you visit our Site.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device to help websites remember information about your visit. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser, while persistent cookies remain until they expire or are deleted. We may also use pixel tags (web beacons) to understand user interaction with our Site.

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for enabling movement around the Site and using features securely.
  • Security Cookies: Used to identify and prevent security risks.
  • Performance and Analytics Cookies: Collect information on how users interact with the Site to improve functionality.
  • Functionality and Preference Cookies: Remember choices you make (e.g., language preferences) to provide a personalized experience.
  • Targeting and Advertising Cookies: Used to deliver relevant advertisements and track ad performance.
  • Social Sharing Cookies: Enable you to share content directly on social networks.

Non-essential cookies are not set, and no analytics data is sent to HubSpot, until you accept them through the cookie banner displayed on your first visit.

We use HubSpot, Inc. to provide website analytics, our cookie consent banner, and the meeting scheduling pages embedded on our Site. HubSpot sets the following cookies on our behalf:

  • __hstc (Performance and Analytics; 6 months): The main tracking cookie, recording the domain, a unique visitor identifier, and the timestamps of your first, previous, and current visits.
  • hubspotutk (Performance and Analytics; 6 months): A unique visitor identifier used to associate your browsing activity with your contact record when you submit your details, for example when booking a meeting.
  • __hssc (Performance and Analytics; 30 minutes): Tracks sessions and page views within a visit.
  • __hssrc (Performance and Analytics; session): Indicates whether the visitor has restarted their browser.
  • __hs_cookie_cat_pref, __hs_opt_out, and __hs_do_not_track (Strictly Necessary; 6 months), __hs_initial_opt_in (Strictly Necessary; 7 days), and __hs_notify_banner_dismiss and __hs_gpc_banner_dismiss (Strictly Necessary; 180 days): Record the choices you make in the cookie banner, including a Global Privacy Control signal, so that we can honor them on later visits.
  • __cf_bm (Strictly Necessary; 30 minutes), __cfruid, and __cfuvid (Strictly Necessary; session): Set by Cloudflare on HubSpot-hosted pages, including the scheduling pages at meetings.devplus.io, for bot protection and rate limiting.

Information collected through these cookies is stored by HubSpot and is subject to HubSpot’s privacy policy, available at https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy, in addition to our Privacy Policy. HubSpot may also use your browser’s local storage to queue analytics events briefly before they are sent. A full description of HubSpot’s cookies is available at https://knowledge.hubspot.com/privacy-and-consent/what-cookies-does-hubspot-set-in-a-visitor-s-browser. We do not currently use advertising, social media, or chat cookies on the Site.

Strictly Necessary Cookies cannot be opted out of as they are essential to the Site’s operation.

Other Cookies: You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner, and change your choice at any time by selecting “Cookie Settings” in the footer of any page on the Site. You can also modify your web browser settings to block or delete cookies, or opt out of third-party tracking technologies by reviewing the privacy policies of the respective providers.

To request the deletion of your cookie history associated with our Site, please contact us at [email protected].

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, non-essential cookies are declined automatically and you are shown a notice instead of the cookie banner; you can still change your choice through “Cookie Settings”. We do not otherwise respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. We encourage you to review this page to stay informed about our use of tracking technologies.

If you have any questions about this Cookie Policy, please contact us at [email protected].
